The Design of the Drajat Cirebon Public Health Center Service Flow Video As Visitor Service Flow Information

Abstract

The service flow video is one of the points for evaluating the accreditation of the public health center. The video helps visitors or patients of public health center to find out the order of services, especially where there are differences in routes and places of service for infected and non-infectious patients. The purpose of this activity is to provide a tool for conveying information on the flow of health center services that can be watched continuously by visitors while in place. The method used in this activity is design thinking considering that there are things and values that they want to display besides the official service flow. Based on the data obtained, it is then developed into a storyboard and script (film script). The result of this activity is a video of the public health center service flow.
