Abstract

The development of P4S Institutions through improving the quality of managers/facilitators and  improving the quality of training/apprenticeship programs has become a program that the government continues to pursue, particularly the Ministry of Agriculture. Through the training of trainers (TOT) method which is learning for adults, the PKM program at the P4S Kurnia Abadi Institute was held. The process of preparing and implementing  the TOT starting from the training needs assessment (TNA) followed by the impl ⟵ Back to Submissions ementation of training (service excellence), and evaluation must be carried out carefully and seriously in order  to get the best results.
